University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management Student Housing

The Rosen College of Hospitality Management Student Housing facility is comprised of two, four-story buildings with a combined total of approximately 148,000 SF of air-conditioned space. The facility consists of 109 units providing 392 student beds split up between four bedroom, two bedroom and single bedroom units. Each of the units provides a living room, kitchen area, private bedrooms, and a bathroom for every two bedrooms within the unit. For the student’s convenience, laundry facilities, and common area lounges are provided on each floor of both buildings. A swimming pool is positioned between the buildings surrounded by a decorative pool deck & landscaping.

The Student Housing facility also provides an administration area within the second building on the first floor complete with a multipurpose room, mailroom, public restrooms, student services, offices, conference room, reception area and a two-bedroom resident assistant apartments.
