The Rosen College of Hospitality Management serves as a branch campus for the University of Central Florida. Located near the Orange County Convention Center, this 160,000 SF facility accommodates approximately 2,000 undergraduate and hospitality students. Included within the program are 32 classrooms, teaching laboratories, a 400-seat auditorium, a 9,000 SF library, and a 175-seat “training” dining hall with two associated state-of-the-art food preparation laboratories.
The campus also incorporated an executive education center, a bookstore, a cafeteria, and student advising and activities spaces, along with faculty offices and various support spaces.
