The Lumberyard

The Lumberyard is the redevelopment of a lakefront site held in the family for three generations. The initial vision includes retail, commercial, and residential uses, as well as amenities for residents taking advantage of Lake Minneola. Residential uses near the lake will benefit from connections to the lakefront and the pedestrian access to the retail and commercial developments. All components are designed to take advantage of the adjacent West Lake Wetlands Park which is currently under development and the adjacent Coast to Coast Champions trail. 

A second parcel, located across 12th Street, will include pocket neighborhoods with a variety of housing types and densities reaching 45 units per acre. A connection to the retail and commercial areas, along with the Lake Minneola waterfront will activate and serve the pocket neighborhoods creating a convenient and dynamic walkable lifestyle. 

 An eclectic architectural style including a mix of contemporary and historic inspired structures creating a visually appealing environment that fits with the active and casual lakefront setting.
