In this endeavor, three resort-style villas have been crafted, serving as a haven for independent retirement living. These 74,000-square-foot structures house a total of 36 units, embodying the essence of Villa 2 while ongoing work is dedicated to the development of Villas 3 and 4 under Orcutt | Winslow’s expertise.

Within the Villas complex, an array of seven distinct floor plans ranging from one-bedroom/one-and-a-half-bath to three-bedroom/three-bath options offer a versatile living experience spanning from 1,041 to 1,779 square feet. Residents luxuriate in the presence of granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with private patios and balconies that bring the outdoors in. Furry companions find a warm welcome too, as pet-friendly amenities abound. Moreover, the convenience of underground parking, catering to both cars and golf carts, is seamlessly integrated to complement each residence.
