The Solterra at Castle Rock continuum of care community combines the vision of a revolutionary approach to senior care with the unique topographic opportunities presented by the seven-acre hillside site overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The $41.5 million, 195,000 SF state-of-the art continuum of care community will offer memory care, personal care, skilled nursing and transitional/rehabilitation care services to a diverse resident population. Spanning across four buildings, each building will have specific amenity spaces with plenty of outdoor space and a design that encourages an active lifestyle to its residents. The new buildings are designed to be an expansion of the existing campus and will support continued operations for the next fifty years.
