Palm Point Behavioral Health is a 74-bed facility specializing in acute inpatient behavioral healthcare services. It was rapidly designed based on a prototype previously developed in collaboration with United Health Services for the Coral Shores Behavioral Health Facility. The facility is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 74 children and adolescents.

Situated on a greenfield site along Truman Scarborough Way in Titusville, Florida, this single-story building has been tailored by the Owner to meet the specific treatment needs that United Health Services identified as crucial for the Titusville community. Key modifications include expanding the lobby to enhance waiting room capacity, infilling the shell space with an outpatient clinic, and creating additional office space to consolidate services previously offered offsite at Coral Shores Behavioral Health, now conveniently located onsite at Palm Point Behavioral Health.
