Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center Replacement Hospital

The state-of-the-art replacement hospital, situated at the heart of the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center campus, boasts a range of facilities including a Cancer Center, Heart Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Convent, Spa/Fitness Center, Outpatient Clinic, and MOB.

Spanning 388,000 square feet on a 45-acre greenfield site, this facility houses all acute-care clinical services, featuring 192 private patient rooms, 1,500 parking spaces, and a 16,000-square-foot central energy plant primed for future expansion. Engineered with foresight, the hospital is structurally prepared for two additional floors to be added. All patient rooms are same-handed private rooms with large windows, overlooking the surrounding site. Additionally, green roofs have been incorporated, providing staff and patients with outdoor spaces adjacent to the patient floors.
