Orange County Convention Center Phase IV

HHCP was the architect of record for the $172 million Orange County Convention Center – Phase IV expansion project. This phase increased the size of the existing Convention Center by 1.4 million SF. Project features included the following additions: 367,000 SF of sub-dividable exhibition hall space, 103,000 SF of meeting and breakout rooms, expansion of the lobby and public concourse areas, loading dock and service support areas, and a 640-space parking garage.
