Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Convention Center Expansion

The expansion of existing Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Convention Center Complex included a new 25,000 SF Exhibit Hall with supporting pre-function spaces and service areas totaling approximately 43,217 SF of conditioned area. A new entrance canopy, outdoor function area, and upper walkway was added for a total constructed area of 67,774 SF. This includes connector, restrooms, storage, redesign and expansion to the existing parking to create a parking area for 550 cars.
