Orcutt | Winslow has completed thousands of square feet of office space and tenant improvements, including projects as diverse as corporate headquarters, medical offices, governmental offices and retail shops. No matter what the project size, each project is undertaken with the same philosophy of design. Once we get to know who will be occupying the space and calling it their “home” we can begin to do the things that make a plan work. An understanding of how this space relates to the others in the facility, how it compares to its competition, what the usable area is, or who the space will service will determine the dynamics and the success of the project.
