LOCATION:Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

Our Dallas/Fort Worth office is currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer to work in an atmosphere that promotes an integrated design process, where designers are encouraged to work together and coordinate with Project Architects, Designers, and Consultants, through all phases of a project’s design and construction.

  • Responsibilities

    The selected individual will primarily support our educational market sector in TX, focused on K-12/Higher Education, but may also support other market types as needed.  This position requires a substantial knowledge of interior design and planning principles, building code requirements, specification preparation and organization, construction costs and methods. Must be experienced in selecting color and materials for all interior finishes, furniture and furnishings selections, lighting design, signage design, space planning, and detailing. Finally, they may also be assisting other Interior Designers and are responsible for work in all phases of the interior design process. You must submit both a resume and a digital portfolio to be considered for this position.

  • Qualifications:

      • Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design required.
      • 5+ years experience in Interior Design, education/university market experience preferred. NCIDQ desired.
      • Proficiency with the following software tools required: REVIT, Microsoft Office Suites (MS Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel), PhotoShop, Sketchup, and various visualization software, is strongly preferred.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
