Collaborative Community Engagement Enhances Design

HHCP, an Orcutt | Winslow Company, is presently in the schematic design phase for a 255-room dual-brand hotel. This establishment will comprise of a mix of suites and standard hotel rooms and will incorporate public spaces on the ground floor. These public areas encompass a concierge desk, lobby, lounge area, café, and conference rooms and have been strategically positioned closer to the public sidewalk, fostering increased interaction between pedestrian traffic and hotel amenities. Our design team, in collaboration with the owners, is actively engaging with local neighborhood committees. The goal is to comprehensively address any concerns or inquiries related to safety, privacy, and traffic.
