Design Project Manager

LOCATION:Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

Our Dallas/Fort Worth office is currently seeking a project manager/ project architect to assist the firm in our growth expansion into the local area. Our education studios offer several regional projects spanning the K-12 and higher education spectrum for our public, charter and private school clients. We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and team orientated individual.

  • Responsibilities

      • Work with studio leadership in the day-to-day management of assigned projects
      • Engage with the project from marketing all the way through construction administration
      • Develop early conceptual ideas in a collaborative setting, coordinate with our creative studio to develop presentation materials
      • Develop the project through the different phases in a full BIM environment
      • Coordinate with consultants
      • Develop project specifications
      • Assist in developing work plans, delegate and provide overall quality control of assigned projects
      • Coordinate and develop client presentations on projects as needed.
      • Cultivate relationships with clients
  • Qualifications:

      • An accredited architectural degree, preferably a Master’s degree
      • Min 8-10 years’ experience
      • TX Registration required
      • LEED, Living Building, and/or WELL accreditation preferred
      • Design, Management, Technical, skills
      • Knowledge of engineering systems and building codes
      • Strong written, oral and other communication skills
      • BIM Skills, Sketch up and/or Rhino proficient
