Latitude is an ultra-modern apartment community at the University of Illinois-Urbana loaded with creative, cutting-edge amenities. The owners sought renovations to incorporate co-working, meeting and fitness spaces as well as update living units with outdoor patios and provide private parking access.

• 2,500 SF Interior buildout of existing shell space to co-working office amenity and fitness of demand area
• Conversion of existing space to proposed one-bedroom living units and 1-BR penthouse living units with outdoor patio privatization
• Provided 3D visualization of co-working spaces and living units.
