University Life: a personal encounter

What was once the “typical” college experience is no longer the typical college experience. Students (and staff) come from all walks of life and have high expectations of what they want for their education dollars. They demand the academia that is required to achieve their degree or career goals, but they also demand an experience that will keep them coming back. Today’s students are bombarded with choices, and competitors in all realms of business search for better ways to create authentic experiences that attract and hold the attention of their audiences.
