Katherine Mecham Barney Elementary School

This new 72,378 SF elementary school campus includes a two-story, fully enclosed classroom building, providing maximum space for students to learn and grow in controlled conditions shielded from the elements. A multipurpose building with a smart lab (STEM) was included in the design to promote an advanced educational environment with the resources for students to advance their learning opportunities. The cafeteria and gymnasium combination was included as flexible space for school gatherings of all sizes to support sports, the arts, and social events.
