This 91,500 SF medical office building replaced CIGNA’s current Clyde Wright Center in downtown Phoenix. This three-story multi-specialty center has a pharmacy, urgent care, eye center, radiology, family practice, outpatient surgery, and administrative offices, as well as educational facilities. This building is targetting LEED Gold certification.
