Scottsdale Preparatory Academy

Orcutt | Winslow is recently completed the conversion of a two-story 90,333 SF office building into a new preparatory academy for Great Hearts Academy. The charter school includes classrooms, administration, a nurse’s office, assembly space, and a library.

Orcutt | Winslow worked closely with the owner and the contractor to ensure that the project not only included the required scope for the charter school to function, but also additional spaces for student interaction.
