Phoenix Childrens Hospital Northwest Valley Specialty and Urgent Care

Phoenix Childrens Hospital Northwest Valley Specialty and Urgent Care

Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix Children’s new 6,000 SF Specialty and Urgent Care Center was designed to bring world-class pediatric care closer to patients and families in the Northwest Valley in an environment that is meant specifically for children. The prototype satellite Specialty and Urgent Care Center houses some of the most updated technology and services exclusively for pediatric care.

A simple and efficient design concept was the result of substantial user interaction and brainstorming. Spaces were strategically planned without compromising adjacencies or convenience, to incorporate a program that included waiting areas, registration, triage, nurse station, 10 exam rooms, treatment room, digital radiology room, staff lounge, offices and support functions.
