Desert Cove Medical and Dental Plaza

Scottsdale, AZ

Desert Cove Medical/Dental Plaza responds to the panoramic view of the McDowell Mountains northeast and east of the site, allowing view corridors important to the second floor dental practices. Architecturally, the building design is an efficient expression of its service-oriented occupants. Circulation is located onthe exterior of the building, providing maximum perimeter access to the interior suites and shade from the Arizona sun.

The 30,841 SF, two-story medical facility is located on just over two acres and uses simple masonry massing composed of gray split-faced walls, designed to create an understated architectural statement thorugh the artful composition of simple, honest materials.
